Shipping Policy

We offer standard shipping for $6.99 on all orders under $90. Orders over $90 qualify for free standard shipping.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after processing.

Local Pickup — Orlando/Sanford, FL
We offer free local pickup for customers in the Orlando and Sanford, Florida area. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to coordinate pickup details.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@lumivelleskin.com.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right immediately.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
